Managing Director
Marcus Anderson brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with an extensive background in roles spanning from estimating, programming, contract administration, site supervision, and project management to senior executive and project director positions. His expertise includes working with government, institutional, and private clients on a variety of collaborative and traditional contract delivery methods, such as Managing Contractor, Construction Management, Lump Sum, and Design and Construct contracts.
Throughout his career, Marcus has demonstrated a commitment to delivering successful projects by taking a hands-on approach to his role.
As Managing Director, he remains project-focused, often undertaking the on-site Project Management role for his clients to ensure meticulous oversight and effective execution. His project experience covers a broad spectrum of large-scale commercial, residential, recreation, retail, education, and laboratory facilities, including both new buildings and complex refurbishments in operational environments.
